Service Leaders Present Roadmap to Real-Time Service Optimization

April 24, 2003 - Nexterna, Inc  to host web seminar series along with ClickSoftware, Inc  and Questra entitled "Roadmap to Real-Time Service Optimization"  This two-part web seminar series will take place on May 22nd and June 5th (12pm EDT)  The series offers service executives an opportunity to learn from their peers how leading organizations have implemented Real-Time Service Optimization solutions  Presenters at the seminar series include service executives from Diagnostic Products Corporation and Patterson Dental.

According to a 2002 Gartner Group research, improvements to field service operations can increase profit margins by 20 to 60 percent  Seminar presentations will provide a close look at quantifiable results of Real-Time Service Optimization initiatives, including reductions in service call volume and cost, quicker problem resolution, and improved productivity of service resources.

Moderating the series is Barton Goldenberg, author of Creating The Real-Time Enterprise and president and founder of ISM, Inc., a Bethesda, MD based consultancy firm  Rounding up the speaker roster is Chris Martins, a field service expert and column contributor to Field Force Automation Magazine.
